Juan received a HVAC education and worked in this field most of his life. Juan enjoyed listening to Mariachi and tropical music and loved dancing Salsa and Cha-Cha-Cha.
He is preceded in death by his wife Sarah Cerda, son John Cerda, grandson Marcus Cerda and brother Roman Cerda.
He is survived by his daughters Christine Pringle (Thomas), Alma Hall (Ron), Amy Palacios (Juan), sons Emil Cerda (Rosa), Adam Cerda (Whitney), Martin Cerda (Sylvia). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A public visitation will be held at the Chapel of Eternal Peace at Forest Park, located at 2454 S Dairy Ashford, Houston, TX 77077, on August 16, 2025, from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. The funeral service will follow at the same location, beginning at 12:30 pm.
The committal service is scheduled for 1:30 pm on August 16, 2025, at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery, 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77077.
A Celebration Life Reception will take place on August 16, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
