Juan Antonio Flores Jr.
September 29, 1994 – April 1, 2021
On April 1, 2021 our family suffered a great loss. Juan Antonio Flores Jr. left this world to be with our Heavenly Father. His loss is heartbreaking, but we know that he is no longer suffering in pain.
Juan Antonio Flores Jr., age 26, of Houston, Texas is survived by his father Juan A. Flores and mother Yolanda Vera; his daughter Adenise Bella Flores, brother Eddie Lira and 4 sisters; Sarah Flores, Gloria Flores, Selena Flores and Jessica Flores.
He is also survived by his paternal grandmother Concepcion M. Flores (88 years old); and his paternal aunt, Maria A. Adame; along with 4 cousins Eddie Adame II, Adrian R. Adame, Isaac A. Adame and Jeremy J. Adame.
Juan is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Antonio C. Flores and his maternal grandparents Guadalupe and Gloria Vera.
His infectious smile and calm character will be missed but not forgotten. He was dedicated to his family and put everyone's needs before his own. He valued a hard day's work and never missed or complained about being able to provide for his family. Juan had a tremendous heart and loved everyone he met the same. If you were having a bad day he made you forget about your troubles with that joyful personality of his.
Juan Jr. loved baseball, especially his Houston Astros. Other interests included Anime and playing the guitar. He enjoyed playing football on occasions. Our hearts will miss him but his memory will live in our souls. RIP Juanito.

Thank you all for taking time to honor my son. What can a father say. This is something that we never expected to be doing. The memory of your smile that no matter what my day was he was always there brighten my day. Later on as he got older he was still there fake punching me in my stomach and we'd just laugh. No one will ever take his place in my heart. I know now that you are no longer in pain and now your in heaven with the angels and all that have gone before us but most importantly with our Lord and savior Jesus Christ💔🙏

I remember every time I worked early and you didn’t i would go and wake you up and you would give me this look like ima beat you up when you get off lol. And he always did we would always wrestle in my room. Man that boy never let me win. One of my favorite things about my big brother is that he had this laugh that was so funny and creepy at the same time his eyebrows would go all the way up when he would laugh or smile. I remember I made him go do his eyebrows with me one time and we did with them wax that day when we came home he told my mom “Jessie made me do my eyebrows and it hurt so much” his eyebrows were so red and his eyes were watery. He always loved to eat my snacks even when I would hide them he would find them and eat them all. When I would find out he would say “i was just helping you out”. If I had a bad day at work I would always look forward to telling him as soon as I got home because we would just laugh about it ima really miss that. He would always find a way to lighten up someone’s mood even if he wasn’t at his best. I will truly miss you but you’re not hurting anymore God has you with him.

I remember when we were little mad Juanito came to stay with my family for a bit. He had a little trouble with school and we were helping him to do better. We helped h study for a spelling quiz that he was nervous about, at 9 years old. He did his best to learn the words and finally took his quiz. He came home so excited because he got an A on it. He told us it was his first A he had ever gotten and had the biggest smile. He’s always had that smile and you’ll never forget it.
