Juanita H. Green

Juanita Marie Hablizel Green, age 87, was born on Aug. 3, 1925 in Houston, Tx. to parents, Conrad Fredrick Hablizel and Loretta Josephine Becker Hablizel and passed peacefully on May 14, 2013, in Seguin, Tx. She was preceded in death by her husband, Maxwell Jewel Green; son, Roger Keith Green; sister, Loretta "Sissy" Brod and brother, Conrad "Freddie" Hablizel. Juanita is survived by her son, Brian Maxwell Green and wife Connie and daughter, Beverly Renee' Kmiecik and husband Philip; grandchildren, John and Pam Kmiecik, Dina Nall and husband Kalin, Dustin Green, Kellie Offer and Fiance Kamron and Greg Offer; great-grandchildren, Brooke Smith, Micah and Elijah Nall and Kinsley Kuntz. Juanita graduated from Jeff Davis High School. She married Maxwell in 1950 and was devoted to her 3 children they raised together. Later in life she enjoyed her active role in the Jeff Davis High School Group, Foleys Lunch Group and The All Saints Third Aged Learning Center. There will be a visitation on May 18th from 6-8 pm at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on May 19th at 10:30 am in the Main Chapel at Forest Park Westheimer. Interment will follow. In lieu of flowers, any contributions may be made to the charity of choice or your local SPCA.
