Mrs. Quaid helped us buy our first house in Bellaire as we were buying the Quaid house. She was the best realtor and I only had one transaction with her. Thanks to her we got the loan. She really went to bat for us. A wonderful lady!

An old Houston pal thinking of you & your family at this time. My sincere condolences. (Both of my folks are also out there, along with some of our BHS classmates.) I remember meeting your Mom back in the day, when you & I were companions--and working @Bratten Construction Co.--after our high school mid-term graduation. Lots of good & very funny recollections of that time, often cruising in your Plymouth Duster, of which you were so proud. How the time flies! I know how much you loved your Mom, Dennis, and my thoughts are with you now, compadre.
