Juanita Walker

Juanita Walker went to be with the Lord on February 16, 2016. She was born on May 27, 1927 in Maud, Texas to parents James Anderson and Beulah Marie Minton. Juanita was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend that will be dearly missed by all of those who knew and loved her. She is preceded in death by her husband Troy G. Walker, grandson Spencer Gibbs, parents, four sisters and one brother. Juanita is survived by her children; Barbara Gibbs and her husband Doyle and Troy Roger Walker and his wife Barbara; grandchildren: Connie Still and her husband Scott, Bryan Walker and his wife Jeannie, Kara Welch and her husband Charles; grandchildren: Cody Still and his wife Emily, Justin Still, Lane Scott, Ryan Welch, T. J. Walker and Presley Walker and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

The family will receive friends for visitation Friday, February 19, 2016 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at Brookside Funeral Home in the Family Chapel followed by a burial in Brookside Memorial Park.
