Judith Crissman, 81, passed from this life into eternity on October 18, 2026, and is now at peace in the loving arms of our Lord.
Born on November 18,1944, in Wichita, Kansas, Judith met the love of her life, Donald Keith, at an early age. Their marriage of nearly 62 years was a testament to a lifetime of love, commitment, and devotion. Together, they were blessed with six children, five beloved sons- and daughters-in-law, fourteen grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Judith devoted her life to her family as a loving wife and mother. She found happiness in making a home for those she loved, cooking and baking from scratch, and sharing those joys with her children and grandchildren. Her Catholic faith was the foundation of her life. She faithfully attended Mass, prayed the Rosary daily, and lived her faith through service to others. She lovingly cared for the flowers in her church and joined fellow parishioners in keeping the church clean and welcoming. Her kindness extended beyond the church walls, as she regularly helped elderly members of her parish with errands, grocery shopping, cleaning, and preparing meals. She served others quietly and generously, never seeking recognition for the many ways she gave of herself. Judith touched many lives through her faith, generosity, and steadfast love for her family.
During the last ten years of her life, as her health declined and she was no longer able to leave her bed, Judith was lovingly cared for at home by a devoted caregiver who became a cherished part of the family. Her unwavering love, patience, and dedication helped make it possible for Judith to remain at home, surrounded by the love of her family. The compassion and tenderness she showed Judith throughout those years will always be remembered with deep gratitude.
The family extends their deepest appreciation to the women of Sheridan Center and the young high school girls who visited Judith throughout the last ten years of her life. Their visits, filled with music and her favorite Christmas carols, brought her tremendous joy.
The family is also profoundly grateful to the Harris Health physicians who provided medical care in the home, the wound care team at A Healing Touch, and the compassionate nurses of Signature Health Services. Their dedication, kindness, and support helped make it possible for Judith to remain at home surrounded by the love of her family.
Her family takes comfort in knowing that she is now at peace, free from suffering, and resting in the eternal embrace of our Lord.
May the angels lead you into Paradise, may our Blessed Mother watch over you, and may you rest eternally in the presence of our Lord.
