As I stand on a mountaintop as the great bird approaches, she is small in my sight but grows larger on approach, until I am blessed with a full sight of her graceful wings, proud countenance and good company. All too quickly, she grows small again on the horizon and disappears from view. And I call out: There, she's gone! But there are other mountaintops beyond me. And at the precise moment when I note the great bird's departure from my view, I know there are new eyes taking up the sight of her and fresh voices calling out: Here, she comes!

I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Judy's death. She and I shared many years of PTA service together. I was always in awe of her parliamentary knowledge. We had so much fun in our friendship and I will miss her always. My sympathy to the family. Rest in peace, my friend.

So very sorry to hear this news about Judy Joe. I knew her for many years as a parliamentarian. A fine lady and she will be missed.

Judy was a valued friend - of the first order - for some three decades.  She was a tireless, committed, selfless advocate for all which free men and women hold dear.  There simply isn’t much more to be said except that we commend her Soul to be held up high for All the Ages.

Judith was a regular at the Glazier Senior Education Center.  She had attended Glazier since 2014. She was a calm and steady spirit that flowed quietly through the center. We will miss her beauty, kindness, and sweet smile. She always brought a positive energy with her and usually stayed until closing time. She enjoyed many lectures, movies and was a favorite at the puzzle table. We will miss this gentle soul...



I am so sorry to hear about Judy passing. I have known her almost a lifetime as her father would take me to All Saints with her and the family. I was 10 years older when she was a baby. As we both attended St Rose and we would go to morning mass each day, we became friends. On Fridays we would alternate doing the readings for mass. She was very generous with her time and would come visit me for hours. I will miss being able to pick up the phone and call her. 
I will pray for Judy always and may she be at peace.

I met Judy when I was a Cub Scout leader back in the 1990's. I had very high regard for her. We kept in contact on Facebook after we left the area.  Even if one person remembers then their spirit remains with us. 


We are sending our thoughts and prayers for the family.  Judy was a member of the St. Rose of Lima Thursday Club.  This small group gathered to play cards, laugh, and have a shared lunch together.  She will be missed by all of us.  May she Rest in Peace with her Lord and let perpetual light shine upon her.

I am saddened at the loss of my fellow classmate although I did not know her all that well she was a dear friend and a beautiful person I enjoyed visiting with her at all of our class luncheons may God take her in his loving arms

Just was always the most positive person I knew! She cared about others and cherished her family!

I met Mrs.J as I have always called her  at American Mothers’ office in DC when she was the Treasurer and I was the office manager.  We became friends and  kept in touch over the years. She met my family and was always kind in knowing how they were doing. Mrs. J was a lady of integrity and  accountability.  She will be missed.

Judith was a delight to know and to work with. She had a gentle soul and always generated calm to her surroundings. She had a wonderful smile that would disarm anyone. 
Judith was a devoted worker in her many causes and could be relied on to do the job when she gave her word.  A true example of a servant leader.

We met at a state PTA event many years ago.  She was always smiling and ready to help.  She will be greatly missed.

I will miss my friend and fellow parliamentarian Judith Joe.  I came to know her as a member and past president of the Flonnie Mae Larimer Parliamentary Unit.  You could always count on her to attend the meetings and she was very helpful with introducing me to other members when I attended my first TSAP convention. Her spirit was kindhearted and she was a committed parliamentarian.  Rest in peace Judy.

Judith faithfully served the Parliamentarian community, both locally and on the State level.  The Flonnie Mae Larimer Parliamentary Unit offers our most sincere condolences to the family and all who were touched by her life.
