Judy and her Mom were neighbors as long as I can remember since the late 70's. When we had an International Block Party, Judy brought a delicious Peruvian dish and captivated our hearts with her vivacious personality!. Her love of all the neighborhood pets went beyond....Her own pets were lucky to have her as their owner. She was a good neighbor and friend. Sharon Brier
