

Judy Rose Musser of Houston Texas passed away February 20, 2026. Judy was born February 6, 1949 to Paul and Emma Brich of Halfway Missouri. She graduated from Halfway High School, class of 1967. She married Evard Musser in September of 1977 and moved to Houston Texas. Judy had a long career at Foley’s department store and then continued when it became Macys. She had a passion for Ford automobiles, especially her prized mustangs. She also loved and adored her many poodles, the most recent being Annabell and Sammie.
Judy is preceded in death by her husband Evard, her parents Paul and Emma, her brothers Dwayne and Cameron Brich, her sisters Doris Meadows, Deloris Presley, and Darline Brich, her nephews Neal Meadows and Cameron Brich.
She is survived by sisters-in-law Norma Brich and Ruth Brich; nieces Jan Presley, Pam Bailey and husband Jody, Cindy Brown and husband Steve, Lori Partain and husband Ronnie; nephews Calvin Presley and wife Lisa, Darrell Brich, Dwayne Brich and wife Jovy, Rodney Hall, Larry Musser and wife Dunghanh, and a host of great nieces and nephews.
Judy is also survived by her late husband’s children Cynthia Schoonover and her children Timothy, Valerie and Jeffrey, Melissa Allen and her son Joshua, Everette Allen and wife Laura, their children Jozelynne and Ryanne, and their granddaughter Danni.
A gravesite memorial service at Houston National Cemetery is being planned by the family.
The family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Karen Wolfe who has been Judy’s primary caregiver over the past 2 years.
