Although Julian's time on this planet was short, he was a profound influence on everyone who met or knew him. The love and strength of his family is astounding. Julian's presence gifted more people than he probably ever realized. He will be very much missed by so many.

I remember when you were born Julian. Your mom, siblings and grandma were filled with joy. I remember seeing you a few years after you were born and boy were you a tough little guy. I remember you would punch your uncle Luis and we’d all marvel at what the future had in store for you. Watching you grow up I saw that you were dealt a hard card but you didn’t let that stop you from fighting. You were still that fireball that I saw in your first years on this earth. You taught me a lot about life Julian. Wether you knew it or not. There would be times when I would think of you when I would attend a rigorous training, people wondered how I pushed though and it was because you taught me to never give up in spite of any trial. You have impacted so many lives in such a positive way without you even realizing it including my wife and children. Although they never got to meet you, your grandma and I told them about you and showed them pictures. They were amazed at the strength you had within you. You defeated the odds of living a life longer than the doctors had given you because you never gave up. What gives me peace is knowing you are with my grandparents watching over our family now. Until we see each other again! God bless and fly high little cousin.

There are no words that I can type here, that can take away the pain the family is feeling right now.
Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
I met Julian a few times, and I could see how much his family loved and cared for him. They gave us a cat, Leo. A great present, who has brought much joy into our lives. And he's a constant reminder of the love of the Ruiz family.
Lean on The Lord, in this trying time.
