Survived by his parents Mark and Maureen Patronella, Diane and Mike Jackson, his brothers and sisters Brittany and Marc, Brady, Bryce and Vanessa, his great grandmother Carrie Patronella, his grandparents Lynn Mandola, Antoinette Patronella, Jan Sabatelli, Roland and Suzanne Jackson, niece and nephew Avery and Dean Elliott and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial mass is to be offered at eleven o’clock in the morning on Monday, the 30th of April, at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 625 Nottingham Oaks Trail in Houston, where the Rev. R. Troy Gately, Pastor, is to serve as Celebrant, Immediately following, all are invited to greet the family during a reception in the adjacent Activity Center.
