

Karen dedicated much of her career to serving as a customer service representative at Conoco, Inc., before retiring to enjoy the next chapter of her life.
Throughout her life, Karen embraced a wide range of hobbies, with a special passion for country western dancing, motorcycle riding, and cherishing time with her beloved dogs. Above all, she found immense joy in the company of her grandchildren, showering them with love and care.
Karen is preceded in death by her parents, Elmo Tucker and Betty Tucker; and her brother, Johnny L. Tucker.
Those left to remember her fondly are her loving husband of 30 years, Jerald Richie; her step-daughters, Amy McIntosh (Mike) and Gail Dresnek; and her sons, Jess Lockhart (Amanda) and Jeremy Lockhart. She is also survived by her loving 16 grandchildren: Zach Lockhart, Cory Lockhart, Christian Lockhart, Taylor Lockhart (Emily), Victoria Paige Lockhart, David Lockhart, Sean Lockhart, Kaleb McIntosh, Savannah McIntosh, Katie McIntosh, Alexandria McIntosh, Brooklyn McIntosh, Dakota McIntosh, Lindsey Dresnek, Riley Dresnek, and Braedon Dresnek.

A Celebration of Life for Karen will be held Saturday, January 25, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home - Champions with Kavin Hearron presiding over services, 3410 Cypress Creek Parkway, Houston, Texas 77068.
