Kay loved working with her Husband in Real Estate. Her home decorating talents turned around many of the properties they purchased and sold. Kay had such a green thumb that she could take a leaf and get a huge plant or plants from it. She could take a plant others had given up on and return it to healthy. She also dabbled in art with oils and charcoal as her main mediums. Kay was an American Indian as were her mother and father from two different tribes,Cherokee and Creek. She was proud of her Native American Heritage and bought Indian jewelry and artifacts often as gifts to relatives. She was on the Role of the Creek tribe since the U.S. government would only let you be in one tribe. Her mother had picked the Creek Tribe.
"Me Me" as she was known to her grandchildren,great-grandchildren ,was loved by all who met her and knew her. She was there to help, listen, sympathize with anyone who came to her. Her sweetness came through to all of us.
She will be greatly missed and remembered always with love.
