Kathleen Elizabeth Jacobs, age 64, of Needville, Texas, passed away March 24, 2012, at home surrounded by family and friends. Her memories will live in the hearts of those who loved her. A memorial service will be held in the chapel of Forest Park Westheimer, on Tuesday, April 03, 2012, 10 a.m.
