Kelly, born on December 11, 1978, spent her early childhood in Amherst, MA, before moving to Concord, MA, as she entered high school. She spent her childhood surrounded by family and friends in small-town communities that shaped the compassionate, vibrant person she became.
Kelly was the cherished daughter of Chris Farnham and Paul Harmon of Concord, MA; the niece of her adoring uncle Gregg; the beloved wife of Chris Ivie; and the mother of her dearly loved son, Colton. Colton was the light of her life and the source of her greatest pride and joy. Kelly is survived by her mother, husband, son, uncle, and extended family.
Kelly was known for her great sense of humor, her generosity, and her remarkable kindness. Kelly’s family and friends will remember her as someone who loved fiercely and gave selflessly. Her compassion extended to everyone she met, and her kindhearted spirit left an incredible mark on the lives of many. Like a fire, she filled every room with warmth and light—comforting, captivating, and alluringly unpredictable. Her sense of humor was one of her greatest qualities and she could make anyone laugh when she wanted to. Kelly’s sense of humor could turn the simplest moments into fits of laughter—she had a way of reminding everyone that joy can be found in the littlest things. Her boisterous laughter will be forever heard in so many hearts.
Though her time with us was far too short, her legacy of love and compassion will live on through her family and through all who were fortunate enough to know her. Kelly will always be remembered for her bright spirit, her kindness, and the love she shared so freely. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
