Kenneth was born on September 6, 1950 to parents Herbert Miley and Doris Evelyn Miley. He graduated from Smiley High and received a high school diploma. Kenneth had a career as a machinist at Tuboscope for 40 years. He had a passion for buying, selling, and collecting his favorite items.
He is survived by his mother, Doris Miley; brother, Stephen; sisters, Marlena, Jennifer, LaJena, Mary Jo, Jerri, Ruby, and Christina; and numerous nephews and nieces.
