Kimberly Ann Patella

Heaven has a new angel. Kimberly Ann Barzilla Patella passed away on March 18, 2015 surrounded by her husband and family.

Kimberly was born October 9, 1951 to Charlie and Charlene Barzilla, in Houston, Texas.

She attended the University of Texas. Kimberly worked in the oil and gas industry as a secretary for many years.

Kim married Frank J. Patella in 1987. She and Frank moved to League City after their wedding and resided there for their entire marriage.

Kim’s greatest loves were her husband, her faith in God and her family. She had a heart of gold and shared her love with all who knew her. Although she may be gone, Kimberly will live on in our hearts forever.

Kimberly is preceded in death by her mother and father, and her brother Mark Barzilla. She is survived by her husband Frank, brother Steve Barzilla of Pleasanthill, MO, brother Chuck Barzilla and wife Lisa of Katy, TX, and sister Robbie Gussett and husband Joel of Tomball, TX. Kimberly is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Charlie Barzilla, Ashley Zalta, Kayla Gussett, Amy Barzilla, Christopher Barzilla and Johnnie Gussett.

A visitation and Celebration of Kimberly’s Life will be held at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home and Cemetery on Sunday, March 22nd from 2 - 5 pm.
