I first met my Aunt Laura in Gary, IN when Lorenza brought her to met his brother, my daddy, William Harrison. I was only 14 years old. My uncle was so proud of his beautiful wife he took her around to all of his relatives in Gary, IN. I remember Laura saying in her very sweet voice, "honey, let me change these shoes." However, when I visited Laura in Oakland 30 years later, she didn't remember me. I was the baby of  4 my dad's family and traveled with my husband in the Air Force. That is okay, I remember her same sweet spirit, which I carried me through the years. Laura always had a good smell coming from the kitchen and made my uncle and niece very happy.  Laura will be truly missed by family and friends! Deepest condolences to our family and friends in Jesus name.

I remember when I would come visit. I would look forward to seeing Candice and staying for dinner for a delicious selection from Laura.
Laura would always tell me" I know you have not had a good meal because your momma can't cook so I am going to cook something for you." She  is the reason I love to cook today and why I almost became a chef. Smiling she would teach me how to make whatever she was cooking, as my mouth was drooling from the delicious aromas from the food she prepared. I asked her why she was such a good cook and Laura replied I am a trained Chef baby boy with a gut wrenching laugh.  I will never forget LAURA or that time in my life.

I met Mrs. Sanchez over 10 years ago at Memorial Mall ice skating rink and it was a pleasure knowing her. My whole family enjoyed being in the company of Mrs. Sanchez, she always made you felt welcomed, I know she loved to cook and my son feel in love with her tea cakes.  She will always be remembered and thought of, she was beautiful inside and out. May God give The Sanchez and Harrison Family peace and comfort through this difficult time.

I have only had the pleasure to meet Ms Laura once, but I will always remember her funny since of humor.  Candice would always make me laugh telling me about some of the funny things Ms Laura would say, Ms Laura will be greatly missed.  Rest In Peace Ms Laura Sanchez Harrison, I know you are looking down on your love ones from Heaven.  I send my Sympathy, Condolences , Prayers, and Love to Candice and Family.
