Leah Sharon Majors

She graduated from Reagan High School in 1956.

She met Paul Majors at a swimming pool at the University of Houston campus and was married on July 13, 1958.

Early on in her career, she worked at Gulf Oil in the 1960s, she then became a real estate in the early 1970s and later owned a small dress shop in Huffman, TX in the late 1970s and early 1980s.

Her hobbies were playing bridge, watching reality TV, and having dinner parties, and bragging to everyone about her only son.

She is preceded in death by her parents William and Beatrice Rankin.

She is survived by her husband, Paul Majors, her son, Kirk Majors, and her granddaughter Sydney Leah Majors and grandson Jackson Solbeck, and brother Bobby Rankin.

A visitation for Leah will be held Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at 9:00 AM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at 10:00 AM, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A committal service will occur Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Fwy, Houston, TX 77039.
