She told some of her family members she did not want a Christian burial, but to be buried as an Israelite. She chose Hadassah as her Hebrew name.

She leaves behind her son Lesley Wilson, daughter Delores Hardy, five grandchildren Krissinda Richards, Darlene Avery, Estaven Gregory, Tanya Grismore, Katherine Dowl, thirteen great grandchildren Nija, Elijah, Kalib, Janessa, Nygel, Sarah, Rennie Jr., Joshua, Diamond, Kristal, Faith, Jaxon, Tori, three great great grandchildren Johnathan, Egypt, Jonah. One granddaughter in-law Shelita Gregory, three grandson in-laws Fred Richards, Rennie Grismore Sr., Troy Avery. God grandson Ryan Ausbie.
