Lena Rae Wagner worked for the Navy as a civilian in Washington DC, worked for the Southern Pacific Railroad, and later for Finger Furniture. She enjoyed traveling and loved to visit Hawaii.
Lena is survived by her son: Dwight Wagner and wife Connie; grandchildren: Amy Burrell, Leah Hatfield and husband Peter; great grandchildren: Gracie, Kelcie Grimes, Cora, Taryn and Hays Hatfield.
Visitation for family and friends will begin on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. with the funeral service beginning at 12:30 p.m. All services will be held at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway Houston, Texas 77039. Interment to follow in Brookside Memorial Park immediately after the funeral service.
