This is one of my favorite pics of Leon. All us Flood Control girls having dinner with our favorite guy. Yesterday, was Leon’s four year heavenly birthday. I will always miss you, Leon. 🦊 💜

I miss the days of meeting Leon for lunch or with our dinner group in the evenings. Leon and I first met at work and maintained our friendship even after we both retired. Leon had a sweet heart and wrote such beautiful things in his cards. I miss you, Leon. 🦊 ❤️ 

I'm so glad to have know Leon thru the Corner Lot at St. Anne's...many years ago.  God bless those he leaves behind who will miss him.

So sad to hear about Leon.  I worked with him many years at the County.  Was always so helpful with everyone and was always such an easy person to talk to.  He helped me many times with insurance questions and he will be truly missed.  Prayers for his family at this time.

I will miss your emails, phone calls, texts and those eloquent cards with warm words with such thoughtfulness and caring.  I will definitely miss you sweet friend.

What an honor to have known Leon.  A Christian devoted to God and family.  A friend to many who knew him.

I worked with Leon for many years at HCFCD.  My first position at Flood Control was in the same department  as Leon.  He took me under his wing and taught me so much about my job life and my personal life as well. After Leon retired, we kept in touch and occasionally met for lunch. Leon was a true and honest friend. He was a good man. Leon wrote the most sincere and touching cards. It was my honor to know him. Love and peace to you my sweet friend 💜🦊.
