Leona is survived by her husband, Andy Jack Herrin; Son, Andy Austin Herrin; and step son Bobby Paul Herrin; father, William Thomas Smith (AKA June) and mother Mayme Jean Smith; brother, Thomas William Smith (AKA Peanuts); sisters, Mary Brewer and Vi Bryer, brother-in-law and friend Robert Bryer; nieces and nephews, Mayme Marie Harrison and husband Matthew Harrison, Austin Bryer and wife Blanche Bryer, Elizabeth Harrison and husband Dillon Harrison, Destiney Wells and husband Joesph Wells, Faith Bryer and Trinity Bryer; great nieces and nephews, Baby Matthew Harrison, McKenzie Rose Harrison, Baby Dillon Harrison, Kennedy Wells, Eddie Neil Harrison and soon to be Liam Forest Bryer. A visitation for Leona will be starting Tuesday, October 20, 2020 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Houston's New Beginning Church, 19795 FM 1485, New Caney, TX 77357. A funeral service will occur Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 1:00 PM, 19795 FM 1485, New Caney, TX 77357. A committal service will occur Thursday, October 22, 2020 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039.

Serving as pallbearers are Thomas William Smith (Peanuts), Austin Bryer, Robert Bryer, Matthew Harrison, Dillon Harrison, Billy Tom Smith and Mark Smith.
