Leonarda Gonzales went to be with her Lord on April 23, 2017. She was born on February 24, 1934 in Alvin, Texas to parents Leonardo and Romana Guerrero. Leonarda was preceded in death by her parents; and loving husband, Lauro Gonzales. She is survived by her three children: Maria De Jesus Diaz and husband Trino, Ernestine Rogers and husband Danny, Lauro Gonzales Jr. and partner Bertha Morin; over 24 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and godchildren and still counting.
The family will receive friends for visitation Thursday, April 27, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a rosary at 6:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home; and a graveside service Friday, April 28, 2017 at 10:30 AM at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039.
