When she was 21, she reunited with a family friend and love of her life, Habib Srouji. They were married on December 10, 1982. After the birth of their first daughter, Habib and Lilianne moved to the US so that their children could have more opportunities in their lives.
Lilianne is survived by her husband, Habib, her three children Rana, Jonathan, and Grace, son-in-law Ghassan, and grandson Adam, as well as her mother, Nadia, and her siblings, Gaby, Doris, Diana, Elie, and Juliette.
Even from a young age, Lilianne always had a warm and welcoming presence everywhere she went. Her kind heart and beautiful soul made friends feel like family, and family feel blessed to be close to her. Leading by example, she instilled in her children the lessons of loyalty, happiness, and perseverance. Lilianne dedicated her life to her husband and children by providing them with a comfortable life filled with love and joy.
She worked for over 35 years with Macy's Woman's Fragrance department and devoted her free time to being with family and spending time at church. Life threw challenges at Lilianne, but her walk with the Lord helped her overcome and her faith never wavered, only growing stronger, even in the end.
On February 5, 2022, the Lord called Lilianne home, and she found eternal peace in Heaven where she smiles down on those who knew her. Though she is physically no longer with us, her imprint on our hearts will never fade. She will always be remembered as a smiling, loving wife, mother, sister, and friend.
