Linda G. Lipp

She graduated from Smiley High School. Linda married Clifford Arthur Lipp on June 4, 1965 and together raised their wonderful son, Delbert Edwards Lipp. She worked at the Port of Houston Police Department. Linda loved to travel with her husband. She also loved spoiling her son and grandchildren. Linda always had her door open for anyone who needed her.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Delbert and Margaret Leeper, Husband Clifford A. Lipp and sister Vivian A. Whiteman and Linda. She leaves behind to cherish her memories, her son, Delbert Edward and wife Karn Christine Lipp; granddaughter, Tiffany Deneise and husband Charles Allen Hughes; granddaughter, Shelby Amanda Lipp; great grandchildren, Maylin Marie Hughes, Mazie Lynn Hughes, Ellie May Hughes; brother in law, John Carol Whiteman; niece, Lisa Gayle and husband Doug Soester; great nieces and nephew, Penny, Elijah and Ophelia; and numerous extended family members.

A visitation for Linda will be held Sunday, August 29, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A funeral service will occur Monday, August 30, 2021 at 2:30 PM. A burial to follow at Brookside Memorial Park.
