

After graduating from Edison High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Linda was married and had two children, Stuart Bradley Hinkle and Amie Allen. She and her husband, Johnny Peden lived abroad in Madrid, Spain for awhile. Linda pursued her career with Tribble & Stephens, a commercial contractor in Houston. She was a dedicated employee for 30 years.
In the year 2000, she married Benny Roe and moved to Cypress, Texas. Linda and Benny met at Second Baptist Church where they were both members. During their 24 year marriage Linda retired, traveled with her husband, and took care of her daughter Amie Allen who preceded her in death. She became a bonus mom to Benny's children, Lezlie and Tommy Roe. She was a dedicated Grandma to her grandson Jeff Allen, wife Christy and son Oliver. She loved them all.
Linda overcame may difficult health obstacles in her life surviving breast cancer twice, 30 years apart. She was known for being stylish and fun-loving. She loved to read Dr. Jeremiah bible studies, watch football, and enjoyed outdoor gardening.
Linda had a special sparkle that will always remain in our hearts.
