Linh Bich Tran

Linh Bích Trần was born on August 10, 1951 to Khanh Thúc Mã and Nhu Trinh in Bạc Liêu, Vietnam where she grew up and worked as a nurse. Linh moved to Houston, Texas in 1980 with her parents and siblings. She married Thái Văn Trần in 1983 and raised two sons, Jackson Tran and John Tran.

Linh’s sons were her pride and joy. She dedicated her life to caring for her family and raising Jackson and John. She enjoyed reading, watching Paris by Night, making people laugh, and spending time with her loved ones. She was known for making the best bánh da lợn and loved making it for family gatherings. She was a generous person who loved providing for others, putting the needs of others above her own.

Linh was preceded in death by her parents, sister Nga and her husband Son, and brother Chieu. She was survived by her husband Thai; children Jackson, and John and his wife Gabrielle; siblings Ha and her husband Dat, Nam and his wife Tuyet, Kiet and his wife Hanna, Ngan and her husband Nguyen, Hong, Howard and his wife Phuong, and Le.

Her family wishes to thank everyone for their expressions of sympathy, prayers, and acts of kindness extended to them during this time of bereavement.
