Our prayers for Lisa's family. We met working as family liaisons. Lisa taught me so much throughout the years. I liked our conversations during visits or meetings, she was always so blunt and honest. I could see the love she had for her job and helping families. She loved her Kennedy families so much and of course she love her husband and son even more. She always had a big smile talking about her son' and his accomplishments. Definitely a proud mom. I pray her family finds strength during such a hard time. May you rest in peace.

We spend a few lunches together during the Summer and this picture is one of the first. Lisa, you will be missed and I hope you were aware of the huge impact you made.

We were saddened by the news of Lisa’s passing. 
She was a vibrant light amongst us educators and her chuckle would make one smile. Her parents in the parent education program at the elementary schools Loved her! She  represented all the best one could ask for in an advocate for programs helping families & children succeed! She lived it & how she loved her family!!!
May the loving memories which we all pass onto you all now,  bring comfort & peace. God Bless you all, dear Montero family.

Words cannot express our sadness at the passing of Lisa (who I lovingly referred to as “Lisa Peach” when she was a child).  I don’t know why the good leave us so soon.  I know you’ve gone to heaven and are with your Mom, brother and all the other loved ones who’ve  gone before. SPECIAL Angel so he called you home.  I will forever remember you and the thousands of family’s and children whose lives you touched. All the Good times we at Chambers have had and our morning coffee and sweets you always had for us. Rest in peace Lisa.  You will be missed, but  love and memories of you will continue on.

Lisa and I could talk for hours on the phone. Especially when we started to think  about retiring. I'm glad Lisa and I were able to celebrate our retirement  together last December. Then we got to celebrate one more time in May. Cherishing the memory of our last lunch together❤. I remember we were trying to get home before it started to rain 😊.

Lisa always radiated  a Heart of Gold, her unwavering love for her school and community will continue to illuminate the lives of those that were around her.

My condolences goes out to the family and friends of Lisa Montero.  Thank you for all the times you shared cups of coffee with me.  May you rest in paradise.

I really enjoyed working with Lisa through the years with Alief. Lisa was a very caring person who loved the kids and families that she worked with. She touched many lives. She will truly be missed but I know she's in a better place. My love and prayers go to her family.
