We didn’t talk a lot. I just remember that whenever I needed help, you were there to help me, our family, really. It wasn’t always something for me. Love you in my thoughts.

Gracias  por haber sido parte de mí vida y existir, fue un honor haber sido tu mamá. Nunca te olvidaré  pues quedaste en mí corazón. Te quiero mi corazón bello hasta siempre.

What can I say, Lissette was one of the biggest blessing to our family. She lived an amazing 32 years, and I’m so glad to have known her for the 20 years I’ve been breathing. She always brought joy into our lives during each visit and loved to hear about your personal life experiences. Death is certain in all of our lives, but we are never ready for it to happen.  I was devastated when I found out Lissette passed, but I realized she wouldn’t want us to be sad. She wouldn’t want the tears, she would want us to be happy like always and live life. I’m going to miss all the hour long conversations we had about life and I’m going to miss all the times I made you laugh with a funny joke. She always had the best laugh and smile, and that always lit the room up. I’m going to miss talking to you about school but when I graduate from college and walk that stage, you’ll be watching me and smiling like always. I’m blessed that I gotten to know Lissette in this life time, she was the sister that I never had. When it’s my time, I hope to see her again with our family...I can’t wait to hug her and tell her about my life. Save me a spot up there in heaven Lissette, your in gods hands now...until we meet again, I love you so much.

My hear is shattered into a million pieces. My life will never be the same without my Sissy. I take comfort knowing that you had a very loved life. You are now with God and from now on our Angel. I know that when my time comes you will be their ready to welcome me and we will be together again. I will miss your hugs, and how you always squeeze my had in the car. I hope you knew just how much I loved you.

Sending my thoughts and heartfelt prayers to my Aunt and Uncle, and both my cousin Annette and Jose, wishing you strength and peace through this difficult time. I’ll always remember sitting by Lissette’s side in Mexico, complaining about how hot it was, it was one of those summer vacations that we got to go visit our grandparents. We sat there chitchatting and laughing, she had this thing where she would grab my curly hair with her finger and just twirl it, or when I would come by my aunts house and sit in her chair, she would come over by my side with her finger in my hair, twirling away. I hope she knows that I love her dearly, and my heart aches knowing that for the past couple of years I’ve been away. Regardless, I’ll still hold our silly conversations in my heart. I will miss her random text, with her sweet Hello’s and I Love You’s. Lissette I will continue to send you my I love You’s, and I know that we will see each other again. 

My loving Prima I will always remember that beautiful smile a very loving happy kid.  I will carry you in my heart! For ever! Until we meet again in heaven so for me it's not good bye it is see you later Prima! Give Jesus a hug for me!
