

Mr. Loc Ngo, Son of Le Thi Ngoc Luu and Ngo Thien Phuoc was born on June 18, 1953 in Vietnam. At the end of the Vietnam War, he along with the rest of his family evacuated Vietnam with only the clothes on their backs and found refuge in the United States. He then temporarily settled in Kansas for a few years, where he spent time working as a farmer. He always worked extremely hard and did everything he could to care for his family.
Eventually around 1984, he would move to Houston, Texas where he would eventually meet his future Wife Loan Kim Ho. Loc and Loan would proceed to get married in 1986 as well as have their first beautiful son. He eventually picked up doing construction where he began doing electrical construction. He would spend the next three decades mastering his craft, eventually becoming an electrical contractor and a master electrician. He also managed to create and run his own electrical company LN Pro Electric. Being the great father he was, passed on his electrical experience to all six of his children. He would eventually take every single one of his children to work and taught them how to work hard from a young age. He truly enjoyed working hard and mastering his craft. He would have done anything by any means to provide for his wife and children.
Loc and Loan were also actively involved in the Catholic Church and religion. They would attend mass every Sunday, along with their children for many years. He was devoted to his religion and family. He had a very loving and joyful personality; he was loved by many. His influence and memory will forever have a positive impact on all those that he loved and those that loved him. Loc departed this life on April 17th, 2021 at Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston, Texas. He fought to spend every additional moment with his wife and children. He was very strong and very loving, and exemplified that up to his very last moments.
His beautiful life will forever be cherished and remembered in the lives of his wife and children. He was preceded in death by his wife, Loan Ho and his five children, Tho, Thanh, Hieu, Hoa and Thuan.
