Lorraine Evelyn Kornegay-Born November 19, 1926 in Covington, Indiana joined her Lord and Savior on March 15, 2010. Preceded in death by her husband William J. Kornegay. Survived by her children, Alice Jebbia, husband Vincent; Nancy Boone, husband Clifford; Judy Kornegay and Joshua Kornegay. Grandchildren, Christina Armstrong, husband Michael; Shannon Boone, Kelly Boone, Kaily Edwards and Great-Grandson Xander Armstrong.
She moved to Houston, Texas in 1951 after she met and married her husband. Lorraine graduated from Cincinnati Bible Seminary College 1949. A devout Christian and member of the Oak Forest Church of Christ.
