

Luis was born on April 5, 1945, in Durango, Mexico, to his loving parents, Julio Valle Gonzalez and María del Refugio Serrano.
He met the love of his life, Sara Valle, at Iglesia Magdiel, and they were united in marriage on October 21, 1978. Together, they built a life rooted in faith, family, and devotion to God.
Luis worked as a painter with Marek Brothers Systems for over 20 years, where he was known for his strong work ethic and dedication. Beyond his profession, Luis had a deep passion for teaching God’s Word and treasured spending time with his family, which brought him great joy.
He was a loving father to his four children:
Migdia Sarai Uribe (spouse Francisco Uribe),
Anita Rachel Moe (spouse Kyaw Moe),
Evelyn Arreola (spouse Giovanni Arreola),
and his son Luis Obed Valle.
Luis was also a proud and devoted grandfather to four grandchildren whom he loved dearly:
Sarah Anne Moe, Ezra James Moe, Faith Etta Moe, and Isai Uribe.

Luis Obed Valle, Kyaw Moe, Giovanni Arreola, Francisco Uribe, Hazael Jr. Berra, and Martinez Jr. Olivares.

Luis will be deeply missed and forever remembered for his faith, love, and the legacy he leaves behind.
A visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel, located at 5100 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77022, on February 4, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
The funeral service will take place at Iglesia Cristiana Un Nuevo Amanecer, 6006 Nordling Rd, Houston, TX 77076, on February 5, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.
The committal service will be at Brookside Memorial Funeral Home, Crematory and Cemetery, 13747 Eastex Freeway Feeder Rd, Houston, TX 77039, on February 5, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.
