Luisa Leon Sanchez Gonzalez passed away on June 10, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. Luisa was born to Elfego Leon and Catalina Sanchez. She built a life centered on love, faith, and family. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Luisa’s greatest joy was caring for those she loved.

She is survived by her husband, Antonio Gonzalez; her three daughters and one son; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren, with one more on the way. Her family was her pride and the heart of her world.

Luisa had a special gift for creating with her hands. She lovingly knitted blankets, hats, and scarves for her family, each piece made with care and warmth. She also enjoyed coloring and painting, finding peace and joy in her creativity. Above all, Luisa was deeply devoted to her Catholic faith, which guided her life and gave her strength.

She will be remembered for her kindness, her nurturing spirit, and the unconditional love she gave so freely. Her legacy lives on in the family she cherished and the memories she created with them.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church in honor of Luisa’s faith and memory.

Luisa nació de Elfego Leon y Catalina Sanchez. Construyó una vida centrada en el amor, la fe y la familia. Fue una esposa, madre, abuela y bisabuela dedicada, y su mayor alegría era cuidar de quienes amaba.

Le sobreviven su esposo, Antonio Gonzalez; sus tres hijas y un hijo; seis nietos; y tres bisnietos, con uno más en camino. Su familia era su orgullo y el corazón de su vida.

Luisa tenía un talento especial para crear con sus manos. Con mucho cariño tejía cobijas, gorros y bufandas para su familia, cada pieza hecha con cuidado y amor. También disfrutaba colorear y pintar, encontrando paz y alegría en su creatividad. Sobre todo, Luisa fue profundamente devota a su fe católica, la cual guió su vida y le dio fortaleza.

Será recordada por su bondad, su espíritu amoroso y el amor incondicional que siempre brindó. Su legado vive en la familia que tanto amó y en los recuerdos que creó con ellos.
