She was born on June 5th, 1944, to Santiago and Frances Ballin. Lydia loved her family and especially loved the Lord. Her favorite topics of discussion were her children and above that, her desire to serve God.
She is preceded in death by her husband Daniel Meza and parents Santiago and Frances Ballin. Lydia is survived by her son Danny Meza and wife Terre Meza; daughter Donna Qualls; son Eric Meza and wife Jessica Meza; siblings Elida Salazar, Benita Flores, Xavier Ballin, and Leticia Olguin; grandchildren Gabriel, Domonick, Anthony, Noah, Briana, Alicia, and Joseph.
