Mack Joe Escobedo, Sr. was a United States (US) Navy Veteran. He was Honorably discharged from the Naval service. He served in the US Brown Water Navy during the Vietnam war era. He received three metals for his service in the Navy: The National Defense Service Metal, Vietnam Service Medal, & Vietnam Campaign Medal with Device.
Mack Joe Escobedo was a kind and loving family man, full of life & joy. He loved to be surrounded by all of his family members. He enjoyed traveling with his wife Marita & visiting with his family and friends. Also, he was an active participant in his community. He believed in preserving the environment by recycling plastic and paper goods. He was always kind & social with his neighbors.
He was an active church member at the Prince of Peace Catholic Church and St. Ignatius Loyola Catholic Church.
Mack leaves behind a loving wife: Marita Escobedo
Five Children: Jaydee Escobedo, Michelle & Peter Boon, Mack & Moira Escobedo, Andrew Escobedo & Anthony Escobedo.
Six Grandchildren: Isabella & Landon Escobedo, Brendan Boon, Giselle, Emeric & Fabian Escobedo.
Siblings: Henrietta Escobedo, Josie & John Castecka, Olita & John Sanchez, and Frank & Becky Escobedo.
Sister-in-law: Marie Escobedo
Brother-in-law: Felipe Villalobos
