Magdalena "Maggie" Garcia

Born on August 31, 1956, in Chicago, Illinois, Magdalena lived a life centered on love, family, and lasting relationships. She was a devoted wife to her husband, Mike A. Garcia, with whom she shared 43 years of marriage filled with commitment, companionship, and cherished memories.

Magdalena found great joy in spending time with her family. Family gatherings brought her immense happiness, and she treasured every opportunity to be surrounded by those she loved. She also enjoyed playing computer games, a pastime that brought her entertainment.

She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Michael Angelo Garcia Jr., and her father, Arnulfo Maldonado Sr.

Magdalena is survived by her loving husband, Mike A. Garcia; her mother Ubaldina Perez Maldonado; her siblings, Arnulfo Maldonado Jr., Gerardo Maldonado, Ubaldina Sanchez, Laly Hernandez, Maysol Martinez, and Abel Maldonado; as well as many extended family members and friends who will deeply miss her presence.

Magdalena will be remembered for her love of family, her warmth, and the joy she brought to those around her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, 2516 Navigation Blvd., TX 77003, US, on June 10, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

A Rosary Service will take place at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, 2516 Navigation Blvd., HOUSTON, TX 77003, US, on June 10, 2026, beginning at 7:00 pm.
