Manuel came from very humble beginnings, arriving in this country with little but carrying big dreams for himself and the family he hoped to build. Through years of hard work, perseverance, and determination, he accomplished so much and built a life filled with blessings. His story was one of resilience, sacrifice, and the American dream made possible through his own two hands.
A skilled bricklayer who took great pride in his craft, Manuel was also incredibly handy and could fix or build just about anything. His passion was working and staying active, but no matter how long his workday had been, he always made time for his family. He was the one everyone could count on, always ready to lend a hand or take care of whatever his home and family needed.
In his free time, Manuel enjoyed traveling, spending time in nature, gardening, and caring for pets, birds, and stray animals.
Manuel is preceded in death by his beloved wife, María G. Ramirez, with whom he shared more than 55 years of marriage.
He is lovingly survived by his son, Hector M. Ramirez, and his wife, Ineke; his daughter, Sandra Salazar, and her husband, Mario; his grandchildren, Isabel, Klarissa, Vanessa, Victoria, Christian, and Gabriella; and his great-granddaughter, Scarlet.
Manuel’s greatest legacy is the life he built and the opportunities he gave his family. He came with humble beginnings and big dreams, and leaves behind a lifetime of accomplishments, memories, and love. He will be forever loved and deeply missed.
