Manuela Zamarron

Manuela was born on March 25, 1932 to Manuel and Maria Martinez in Matehuala SLP. After

Manuela graduated from High School, she became a teacher in Mexico for some years. During

her young life she spent time in Mexico City discovering the culinary arts in which she would

share with her family.

In 1951, Manuela and Francisco were married and went on to have 6 children:

Manuela nació el 25 de Marzo de 1932 hija de padres Manuel y María Martínez en Matehuala

SLP. Después de graduarse de la escuela secundaria, Manuela se convirtió en maestra en

México durante algunos años. Durante su juventud pasó un tiempo en la Ciudad de México

descubriendo las artes culinarias que eventualmente compartiría con su familia.
