So sorry to hear about the loss of your dear Mother.  Just sitting here thinking about all the fun times growing up on Oak Street.  May God Bless you all and surround you with love and peace.

Margaret or Tot or Mother or Memaw, she had a special spot in our hearts. I knew her as Tot, one of my dad's favorite sisters and one of my favorite aunts. My family always looked forward to going to Tot & Chris's house for get-togethers. I have wonderful memories of those times. Tot & Chris were such hosts! Always fun-loving & great food. The last few times I visited Tot, she would talk about Chris. Now the two of them are waiting for the rest of us. May the circle be unbroken.

Meema will be missed by us all but, she is now resting peacefully. She was a sweet lady and we'll miss talking and seeing her specially with her cowboy hat that she liked so much. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Ray, we were so sorry to hear about your Mother's passing. She was always so kind to us and we used to love seeing her work the room greeting everyone when she would accompany you on your jobs. The love and pride she felt for you and Harmony was obvious to all and she will be greatly missed. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Mrs. Pate was a big part of our lives growing up in Deer Park.  I still hold tight to my friends from Pate's and remember your mom fondly.

Ray and Harmony..It is so hard to put into words to make someone comfortable at a time like this. I know that her love for the both of you was unquestionable. She was a great Lady and we all loved her. Be at Peace my friend and know that the suffering is gone and she is at Peace. If I can do anything, please do not hesitate to call me. Bruce

Dear Rex, 
I was saddened to hear this news.  I was glad to have met her that night I came to your gig when she was there with Harmony.  She had a great personality and was very kind and sweet.  The other thing that I noticed was how proud she was of you and how much she enjoyed seeing her son perform.  I could tell you had a very close relationship.  I could also see the devotion she had for her granddaughter.  My mother helped me raise my two boys and was an integral part of their lives.  I am sure that Harmony was very fortunate indeed to have a granny like your mom.  My thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time.  I know that your wonderful and awesome mother will live forever deep in you heart.  Peace be with you brother,
