Margarita Renteria Galan

Margarita Renteria Galan, 96 years old, she passed away on Sunday morning, April 17, 2016 at home. She was born in Valentine, TX. on March 21, 1920. Margarita lived a full life filled with wonderful experiences. She was very hard worker and enjoyed many things. Some of her jobs included working as a server picking cotton and working with flowers creating flower arrangements. Margarita was a joyful woman. She enjoyed being a homemaker, cooking for her family, she also loved dressing up listening to music and dancing. Her favorite soap opera was "The Young & The Restless". She is survived by her eight sons : Nicolas R. Rios, Telefore R. Galan, Manuel R. Galan, Joe R. Galan, Pedro R. Galan , Gilbert R. Galan, Frank R. Galan, and Tony R. Galan. As well as her four daughters; Juanita R. Rios, Margarita R. Rios, Margarita Orosco, and Rosa M. Martinez. She leaves behind thirty-five Grandchildren and twenty-eight Great Grandchildren. She was proceeded in death by her daughter , Margarita Orosco, Her son Herman Orosco J.r.and her granddaughter Sylvia Reyna.
