Maria De Los Angeles Coronado , 83, of Houston, Texas passed away on Monday 10/07/2019. She was the widow of Cresencio Coronado. They shared 42 years of marriage together. Born in Monterrey Mexico, she was the daughter of the late Jose and Tomasa Martinez. A long-time faithful parishioner at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, she enjoyed spending time with family, friends and neighbors playing loteria and cherished her role as "neighborhood abuelita" to the neighborhood children and madrina to her many godchildren. She is survived by her sons: Victor Manuel Coronado, Hector and Teresa Coronado and Oscar and Mary Coronado, her grandchildren: Andrea Christine and Dex Ryan Walker, Nicole Marie Coronado, Miranda Sue Coronado , Danielle Renee and Derek Matthew Dalluge, Hector Joshua Coronado, Marcos Andres Coronado, Sebastian Oscar Coronado, Madeliene Elise Coronado, Benjamin Cresencio Coronado, Joseph Ray Coronado, Nicholas Alexander Coronado and Jonathan Kolbe Coronado and great grandchildren, Olivia Marie Walker and Charlotte Ryan Walker. The viewing will be held at 6:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, October 11, 2019 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 4918 Cochran St., Houston, TX 77009. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Brookside Funeral Home in the Family Chapel, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039 with burial to follow at Brookside Memorial Park
