Her passion was knitting. She won several blue ribbons; her afghans were beautiful. Back in the early 60’s she was a hair model and was on TV in Orlando, Florida. Her favorite job was taking care of her family. It really brought her a lot of joy. After her husband passed away she became a volunteer at her doctor’s office for 11 years, and she loved it there. IKP Family Medicine became her second family, but the most important job she would ever have was being a grandmother and a great grandmother, aka Mimi.
Her granddaughter was on her high school drill team and Marie was on the booster club and was a volunteer, and even won volunteer of the year. The girls called her Granny. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
