She is survived by her children, Richard Bond and wife, Heidi Bond; Jonathan Bond and wife, Betsy Bond; and Karen Davis and husband, Waters Davis; as well as her seven grandchildren. Irene lived a full life as the beloved wife to Allan Bond, and as a devoted mother and grandmother.
She had various careers as a registered nurse, a realtor and broker and an author. She will be greatly missed.
The memorial service will be held at one o’clock on Saturday, the 20th of February, in the Chapel of The Church of St. John the Divine Episcopal Church, 2450 River Oaks Boulevard.
