February 16,1950 in Cecilia, Louisiana Paul and Anna Joseph was blessed with a beautiful baby girl whom they named Majorie Marie Joseph. Majorie was the fourth of thirteen children. Majorie graduated from Carver High School in 1969. One month later she made Houston, Texas her new home. Majorie worshiped at St. Gregory Catholic Church. Majorie worked at Travel Lodge Hotel for twenty years. Majorie then continued her career at Bellaire Methodist Church, where she worked for eighteen years before retiring. Majorie was preceded in death by her mother Anna Louise, Fa- ther Paul, Three brothers Herbert, Raymond, Gilbert. Sister Laura, Patricia (Raymond), Andréa (Herman) ,Niece Kesha, and two great nephews Gilbert Paul, and Waylon. Majorie leaves behind to cherish her loving memory four brothers Shelton (Delores), Whitney (JoAnn), Herman, Sidney, four sisters Margaret, Patricia (Larry), Mary, and Annie. Nine nephews, thirteen nieces, seven great nephews, ten great nieces, one great great nephew and a host of cousins and friends.
