She was predeceased by her parents, Owen and Lillie Warren; brother Alvin Warren, husband Judge Jack Treadway, and granddaughter Jaclyn Treadway. She is survived by her 3 children, Susan Trimm, Warren Treadway and wife Anji, Mary Ann Bridgwater and husband Roger, grandchildren, Jake Trimm and wife Angela, Michael Trimm, Kay Altic and husband Rev. Jerrell, Jane Borde and husband Ralph, great grandchildren, Taylor and Mathew Trimm; Kyle, Aaron, and Adam Trimm, Jayk and Judah Altic, and numerous cherished nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Marjorie was born in Bryan, Texas on December 30, 1927. After graduating from Stephen F. Austin High School, she moved to Houston to attend Jeff Davis Nursing School where she met and married her beloved husband in 1948. Upon his graduation from law school Marge devoted herself to being a wife, mother, and homemaker while at the same time managing her husband’s judicial campaigns as well as volunteering for many charitable organizations.
She was a long-time member of 1st United Methodist Church.
Viewing at 10am will be followed by services at 11am, with Reverend Jerrell Altic officiating, on January 2, 2015, at Houston’s First Baptist Church, 7401 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX. 77024. Pallbearers are Warren Treadway, Johnny, Jake, Michael, and Mathew Trimm, Joe Calvert, and Roger Bridgwater.
The family would like to thank all the caregivers and Houston Hospice for their loving care.
