Mark Edward Bartniski

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Mark Bartniski. We want to express our deepest gratitude to all the family and friends who have visited and supported Mark throughout the years, especially during these last five months. Your love and kindness meant the world to him and to us.

Mark was a man of unwavering faith, a loving husband to his wife Cathy, and a proud father to his son Travis, daughter Noel, and her husband Remy Ingoldsby. He truly cherished every moment spent with them and was always a source of strength and inspiration.

An avid hunter and fisherman, Mark embraced the great outdoors with passion and adventure. He shared a love for all animals with his children and had a special relationship with all the horses pastured alongside Noel’s horses. Ranger, his beloved Rottweiler, will miss him dearly.

His loyalty to his high school alma mater, St. Thomas, was unmatched—he was a proud Eagle until the very end.

Though he has earned his wings and is now free, we will carry his spirit in our hearts forever. The visitation/rosary will be at Pat H. Foley from 5 PM – 8 PM on Thursday, 11/13/2025, and the funeral mass will be at 10 AM on Friday, 11/14/2025, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 3600 Brinkman, Houston, TX 77018.

Thank you again for your love and support during this difficult time. Let us hold onto the memories we shared with Mark as we celebrate his life.
