My deepest sympathy for the loss of your mom, John.  No doubt you are continuing her legacy of loving people and spreading God's hope.  Prayers for comfort as you grieve.

I never met Mrs. Burke, but I see her legacy in the beautiful family of John & Kathy Burke and their children here at Gateway Church. If that was her ONLY accomplishment - and I know it wasn't even close - what an amazing woman she must have been. I am forever grateful to this woman whom I've never met because of what's been accomplished through her son and his family at my church.

May the promise of seeing her again eternally bring you peace, and the fond memories you have of her bring the Burke families comfort and joy at this time.
