Martha Moore Gladden

She was born on December 23, 1942, in Louisville, Kentucky, to Levi and Nancy Moore. Martha graduated from Waggener High School and went on to study to become an X-ray Technician at the American College of Radiology, both located in Louisville.

In 1964, she married Michael Gladden and together they had 2 children. A business opportunity caused them to relocate to Houston, Texas in 1970.

Martha is survived by her devoted husband, Michael; her brother, Hunter; her twin sister, Nancy, and sister, Pam; her daughters, Beth Boudreaux (husband Harry) and Barbara Lilly (husband John); her grandchildren, Cameron Boudreaux (wife Emily), Kyle Boudreaux, Kendall Lilly, and Claire Lilly; and one great-grandchild, Palmer Boudreaux.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 1801 Sage Road, Houston, TX 77056, followed by a reception. She will be laid to rest at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Martha’s memory to the American Cancer Society.
