I never got the chance to tell you how I met Norman. I would like to do this now.
The year I met Norman was 1982. I went with my girlfriends to a country dance hall. We went there to listen to the music and hoped someone would ask us to dance. After we had been there for about two hours they played a waltz. I made a comment that I wished someone would ask me to dance. There was a man standing next to me talking to my friend. He said, you want to dance, just a minute and he left our table. When he came back he had Norman with him. We danced a few dances then my friends and I left. It was about three months later when we went out again. When they played a waltz, Norman asked me to dance. He called my name. I looked at him and said I’m sorry, I don’t remember your name. The rest is history. We were married May 18, 1984.
Don’t grieve for me. I know Norman and I are dancing in the clouds. God works in mysterious ways.
God bless
